CINEMAX Ltd. was founded in 1997 by Andrey Karanikolov as a Production Company for commercials, industrial documentaries, feature films and T.V. programs.The company is registered under No. 1000 272 in the Register of the Bulgarian National Film Center as a producer of motion pictures and other audio visual products.

Andrey Karanikolov - Managing Director

Born in1953, he graduated Sankt Petersburg Motion Pictures Engineers’ University in 1978. In the years 1978 to 1992 he works for Film Lab Boyana as a technical service engineer, department manager, technical director. In 1992 he was one of the founders and general manager of Maxcom Film Company . From 1997 he is General Manager of CINEMAX Ltd.
